Selections of their pieces are in this emblematic building of Matanzas city.

Works by the artist Jorge J. Gutiérrez Salomón make up the setting and decoration environment of the Louvre Hotel located in the historic center of the city of Matanzas, Cuba.

In them his creator takes up some of the aspects that make up the vast Cuban culture from religiosity, ethnography and social from a very singular and contemporary visual point.

Ceramics encompasses a large part of this artistic production where life is given to the most unimaginable forms, from human faces to beings extrapolated to reality from the worldview of Salomón.

The pieces can be appreciated by all who visit one of the emblematic architectural sites of the so-called Athens of Cuba.
